These Double Sided / Reversible hooded cloaks/capes are the perfect costume accessory for every dress up closet. Great for princesses, superheroes, Little Red Riding Hood, Elsa, Harry Potter, and many more characters.

 Our hooded cloaks/capes are made from 100% polyester velour. The kids size measures 30" from the back of the neck down (not including the hood) and have metal clasps.
